I was a bit frustrated trying to use the site. It’s not very straightforward, and the checkout felt clunky enough that it almost seemed like nobody had bothered testing it from a customer’s point of view.

I had an issue with the part and, i kind of expected them to look for a reason not to cover it like a lot of places do. But the warranty process was surprisingly quick. No big runaround or weird hoops to jump through, they just got it sorted out.

The tracking updated right when it was supposed to, and my order showed up exactly when it said it would. No guessing, no guessing around at all, which was nice.

I was excited when the part showed up, then immediately frustrated when I realized it wasn’t the one I ordered. I figured support would help sort it out quickly, but the replies were slow and I kept going from hopeful to annoyed waiting around. In the end, I basically had to figure it out myself, which was disappointing.

I’d mostly just like to see updates or recommendations tied to my actual order or the parts I’m interested in. Not a huge deal, but it does get a little annoying...
